Flat me up

I've been busy, like always. Whats new? When long weeks drain me, I usually stay away from heels and if you are like me and lack height, then that's a problem. But thanks to my flatforms, I can happily add that height and still be comfortable! It's all about flatforms this summer for me. When it's too hot and too crazy of a day to wear heels, I'll be sporting my flatty-formsies. I have built up my lil collection and have a variety! All under $30! I'm the kind of person who prefers to blabber and brag about a good bargain rather than a "relevent" label that I may have purchased. That's just how I do. My strategy is: find a good bargain so you have more to spend. Best. Way. To. Live.

I did this collage for the TBA solestruck giveaway and I was one of the 3 winners and I got to pick my free pair of shoes from the Spanish shoe creators of TBA. It was suppperr hard to just pick one cause I honestly am in love with all of their shoes. They have amazing flatforms and they also had some kick ass studded ankle boots. But I finally made my decision on their aztec print JIM wedges. I've been keen on tribal/cultural/70s prints and vintage national geographic photos lately so my pick seemed appropriate. When I saw the JIM, I thought they had everything encapsulated in them that I have a liking to at the moment. I feel like my style is evolving all the time, and for the moment being, I seem to be dressing like someone from the 70s with an obsession in BIG ethnic jewelry. Like I have said multiple times, "ethnic is what I do best!" So here are my inspirations.

OBSESSION: SHOES

I think every woman has a shoe obsession, some more intense than others. I just purchased two new pairs of heels to add to my shoe collection and I just caught myself shoes shopping again. This is unhealthy. And all of this got initiated by these three photos I found for LFstores. 

I need these shoes or else!

My ego is happy

Ego and Greed has got to be my favorite shoe brand right now because they made my wish come true! They came out with their POLAND NEON WEDGES! No joke, I had these nude wedges(cheap. $100) that I worked on this past weekend and started painting them neon yellow cause thats how desperate I am for NEON shoes and now I can stop may ridiculous, self destructive project and buy these instead. Luckily Im a clever woman and painted it with washable paint cause I was testing out the look first. Not a good execution. Maybe I'll finish them anyways and give it a shine finish cause I just gotta finish it. BUT now I'll have my lovely POLANDS! I am a joyous woman right now. Words cannot explain my happiness for neon shoes. Im battling between the green or the yellow, and Ive already got pink shoes soooo... GREEN OR YELLOW?
